About your host
I have worked with various animals thoroughly my life, mainly horses, owning my own and working at livery yards, riding stables and stud farms, along with farm animals at agricultural college and farm work. I have bred and shown both cats and dogs to a high level, and have owned alpacas for the last 6 years. I have read extensively on their care and history, and also hand spin and produce products…
What we’ll do
Our guests arrive on site, and after the “human” introductions we proceed to the alpacas, where before entering the enclosure guests are briefed on how to behave around the animals, how to handle than, and a general safety talk concerning been on a farm with loose animals. They will then come and meet the alpacas, hand feed them and learn about the history up to the present of the alpaca species…

Where you'll be
Our farm is the location of the visit. This is a private farm with no public access where we have views of the molwyn mountain range, amongst others, and is approximately 150feet above sea level, surrounded on all sides by the national park.

Communication policy
Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside the Airbnb website or app.
Guest requirements
Up to 6 guests ages 9 and up can attend.
The experience requires you to be able to walk at a steady pace up and down hill- however if you are unable to do this please contact us and we can tailor an experience just to suit you.
Government ID
You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
