What you'll do

I will prepare us some herbal tea to hydrate and balance the body, whilst I tell you a little about my hometown (history, food, unique places + things to do etc). We will then start with a short meditation to calm and ground.

During your yoga + sound healing session, together we will intuit your needs and connect on a deeper level to your mind-body relationship as we both create space for you to get whatever it is you need from your yoga practice. The session will include a variety of:
~ Yoga postures
~ Breathing exercises
~ Meditation
~ Sound healing
~ Live chanting (I sing healing mantras whilst you relax with your eyes closed)
~ Zen Thai Shiatsu
~ Aromatherapy

My intention is to empower and relax you, but also give you the tools and awareness to develop a nourishing yoga practice for your unique body-mind, help you reduce pain and inflammation and help you feel confident to continue your yoga practice whilst you travel the globe.

Having trained in Vinyasa, Yin, Tantric Hatha, Nada Yoga (Yoga of Sound), Myofascial Release and other various bodywork modalities I’m very confident that we’ll be able to modify or level up your yoga practice.

*No experience necessary. We will finish the session with adaptogenic bliss balls + chill vibes.

I have been teaching public + private classes and facilitating trainings for 1000+ hours and am a Yoga Alliance certified E-RYT (Experienced Yoga Teacher) and YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider). I perform sound healing using mantra, chanting, sound bowls and the harmonium. I've been singing since I was 3 years old and am a firm believer in the vibrational healing power of music and sound. I also specialise in TMJ dysfunction, sinus + respiratory issues, upper back + neck pain, spinal health and pelvic instability.
