Our guide, Jess, was absolutely delightful. Beyond the sights and facts of the tour, she shared her personal experience in the music industry, engaged us in thoughtful conversation, and was a really fun person to spend a morning with. I hope to take her tour again in a few months when I return to London with my husband - he will love it as much as my daughter and I did!

An evocation of a lost world down the long and winding roads of London with an up-and-coming musician (aka Jess), makes this tour a splendid treat for anyone who is interested in the history and evolution of the London music scene. History is lived forward and written backward, but nonetheless this tour manages to stay fresh thanks to the unique perspective brought by Jess. Besides taking you back in time to the swinging sixties and other decades, she provide an impressive insight into how Spotify and social media plays a massive role for new independent musicians. Beethoven once said “Music is… a higher revelation than all wisdom & philosophy.” So it’s very simple. If you seek enlightenment, book this tour!

Amy organised a tour with the in London living soul and jazz musician Jess. The tour was very well organized and made a lot of fun. We got to see the most important locations, buildings and places of Sohos rock'n'roll time. Jess knows every spot to go to and even told a lot of fun facts. The tour last two hours and at the end she recommended some great places for live music in London. We had very much fun and thanks to Jess you can still feel the spirit of Sohos rock'n'roll time.

YAAAASS! This tour was so wonderful. I booked it as a gift for my boyfriend who is a huge music fan and it did not disappoint. Jess was a lovely host who knew her stuff and made sure in the hustle and bustle of soho that it was always easy to hear her! I had no idea how fascinating the music history of soho is and we discovered a few places that I’d never heard of and would definitely go and visit. Overall this was a fab experience and one I’d recommend to a Londoner or tourist as a great way to explore soho and learn some new stuff.
