What you'll do
We'll begin with a leisurely ride along the Ogawa & Yodo River Cycle Paths before linking to the Kanzaki River. After riding 15km we'll reach the scenic Hattori Ryokuchi Park for a quick break. From there we'll take route 43 for another 10km to Mino. The real fun begins with a 13% Grade climb up the hill into some exciting downhill curves. There are a couple of nice view spots along the way and a stop at Mino Waterfall and then Minogawa Dam before we reach Katsuoji Temple after 30km for some refreshments. After leaving Katsuoji we'll begin our fast descent and then make our way across to Ikeda & Itami Airport. Here we pick up the Inagawa River and link back to the Kanzaki River on the return home to complete the 75km ride! This is how I escape the city & get a good work out. Join me!

I bought my first Road Bike in 2012 and started to explore Japan's countryside. My eyes were opened to the possibilities that having a good bike can have and the adventures one can enjoy by escaping the city. As a result, I co-founded Globalwheels Touring and Road Rental and began to share this feeling and experience with other passionate cyclists and travellers. I love getting off the beaten path and exploring!
