What you'll do

The 16 arrondissement is not known from tourists but it has so much to offer.
If you are fond of architecture it is the place to be : you will able to enjoy some of the most beautiful Art Nouveau buildings in Paris but also very nice Neo Hausmanian facades. We will also have a walk on a wild and green path along the old traintrack of the "Petite Ceinture".
I will let you discover my favourite Rodin's statue and a peaceful and Toscany like park as well as a colourful Pariser cover market. The end of the walk will offer you the best "kodakpoints" for the Iconic Parisian monument the Eiffel Tower.

Hello I am Delphine a Parisian for more than 20 years.
I really love my City and I also really love to share my passion for Paris.
And I am doing this thanks to a blog and since 4 years I propose a visit of my neighborhood to English and German speaking people.
Paris has always a lot to offer, and I really love to discover new Cafés, Restaurants, the newest gastronomic corner shop, the new exhibitions ....
I have a real interest in history of Art and am attending courses to the famous Ecole du Louvre.

Where you'll be

Walk in the center of the Paris Art Nouveau and territory of Hector Guimmard (the French Gaudi) - a walk along the old tracks of the "Petite Ceinture"- discovering a typical Parisien street market- and some other nice surprises before ending to the best spot to take pictures of the iconic Eiffel tower.

For someone who loves the architecture in Paris, it was an eye opener to see the different styles and its history. Love the little surprises along the tour such as the old railway's green walk, Rodin's sculpture and narrow old village street. Delphine is warm and knowledgable. You will be engaged throughout. Have fun!
