We had a great time with Marc as he walked us through the making of some excellent and beautiful brownies. We learned a lot about chocolate, proper tools, and expert tools and skills. This was a great activity!

We loved our experience with Marc! There were 4 of us and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We asked that we make croissants and chocolatines only due to my friend's nut allergy. He was super accommodating!!! Definitely worth the trip out there (we used Uber with no issues)! Thanks Marc, we loved the croissants and bonus pastries that we bought at the shop!!

Interesting experience with a friendly host. I found out a little about how some of the boulangeries work, and how caneles are made (we didn't make them, I just asked). I would suggest contacting the experience host in advance to clarify what type of thing interests you to make. Also, it is probably a good idea to think of any questions beforehand, as it is a good opportunity to ask questions about how all the delicious pastries in France are made. My session was ran in English, that was fine and we made a few different things and could take some (dont do this on the last day of your trip unless you have cake/pastry loving friends to give them to). The bus is about 30 mins from the centre, costs 1.70, and was ok. It's similar to the airport route.

Marc Is very talented and very kind, I enjoyed this experience so much! I got my hands in and learned the Macaroon! He had a unique style and was very easy to understand! Thank you!

Yes... I understand the location of this might frighten you, but there is the bus that goes out this way. We did it anyways and it was well worth the experience. Marc and his wife were gracious hosts, with a comfortable vibe, who spoke good English. Everything was clear to us and now we have a box of macaroons for the next few days.

Baking French pastries and learning great tips and tricks was a highlight of our trip to Bordeaux. Marc was a fun teacher and a wonderful host. We had a great time and everybody loved the self-made pastries that we brought back. Highly recommend.
