What you'll do

Sampuru—sample food—is the plastic food you see on display in restaurants throughout Japan. It's durable, looks realistic, and makes for a unique and inventive souvenir. I'll teach you how to mold resin to create a sample that looks so good you'll want to eat it. You'll create a grilled Wagyu-beef using the mold made with real Wagyu-Japanese beef, carrot, potato and asparagus on fake rice (The box is about 4,5 ×4,5 inches in size) or a Sushi box -6pieces of sushi-tuna, salmon roe, sea urchin, shrimp, egg, minced tuna with green onion in a box(The box is about 5×5inches in size.)
