What you'll do
A hot-pot party is a Japanese-style dinner party that's especially popular in winter. I will teach you the best way to cook hot pot at my home. I will give you several tips on making it delicious with seasonings and traditional, healthy ingredients like miso soup and soy sauce from my hometown, Oita. Hot pot is easy to prepare, and nutritious with vegetables and seafood. So let's start eating with people living in Japan. Everyone relaxes at a hot-pot party, so you can ask them about their experiences, and share your feelings about your stay in Japan. I hope you will enjoy my cooking class.

A few years ago, I suffered from bad dietary habits. So I started hot-pot cooking—even though I didn't have cooking skills, and would eat out almost every day. Now my dream is to run a cooking school near my home in Oita, where I run hot-pot cooking classes. I will teach you healthy and easy recipes, so that you can host your own party.
