We can also experience internal conflicts which can cause us anxiety and moments of sadness. These talking sessions are a way of helping you explore and identify those conflicts / disharmonies and help you identify tools to help you deal with them on a day to day basis, whether the disharmony relates the the world and the changes or to you and your personal relationships. These are informal but confidential talking sessions within a safe non judgemental space, to help you create peace and balance.
