What we’ll do

You'll be engaging in a part bootcamp style workout & instructional class. I'll be walking you through the basics of calisthenics. You'll be learning the break down of a muscle-up, front lever, pull-over, and other various beginner calisthenics moves. I will provide you with heavy duty resistance bands to help accomplish these movements. These bands provide up to 200 lbs of resistance, and allows…

What else you should know

Allow time to find parking. Venice has free street parking, and paid parking lots. I would recommend bringing a water bottle, small towel, and gloves to protect your hands on the bars.

Where you'll be

The iconic muscle beach on Venice beach. There is a sandpit just west of the muscle beach gym. Inside the pit, there are several pull-up bars, olympic rings, and climbing ropes.
