My name is Dylan David and I'm a native San Franciscan, something that's pretty rare these days! After traveling the world in my early 20's, I was eager to share a local's perspective of my hometown and began giving tours to small groups of my favorite places in the city. Now, after 10-years, myself and fellow co-host Coleman Feeney have begun to offer a combination of two of our favorite activities: 1. A LOCALLY guided bike ride to the Golden Gate Bridge (where you will cross over to Sausalito). 2. A shuttle to Muir Woods to spend over an hour with the ancient redwoods, where you will be taken directly back to San Francisco at the conclusion of the afternoon. I encourage you to learn more about our tours and San Francisco on Instagram at dylanstourssf.

This wasn't what I really expected, whats listed is a bike tour & transportation to muir woods. in the description it implies "We" meaning a guide showing you around the city & giving you some information & facts on the neighborhoods but in reality you just get a map & go wherever you want so the itinerary thats posted on here is useless. communication was off with everyone involved. i had advised the time i'd be at the shop to pick up the bike & it was closed. On top of that when someone finally got there they gave us a regular bike when the description here says "e- bikes" they didn't know what package we had & i had to communicate with someone completely different that texted me the night before. Getting to Muir Woods was a smooth ride. The shuttle driver, Pat, was awesome. I wouldn't necessarily say I had a "bad" experience because I still had fun but I do think description is a little misleading & the communication needs to improve.

The design of the experience is great! We loved what we were able to see along the way. But the bikes are uncomfortable. It would be better to have more communications on the weather and what we should bring - like raincoat and water proof gloves. Nevertheless, we had a great time!

This was such an amazing experience! My boyfriend and I signed up for the bike ride from the city to Sausalito. They give you a map and some instructions, but that package is basically self directed. When we got to the shop one of the guides for another tour (David) asked if we’d like to join them to the Golden Gate Bridge so we’d have an easy start. We’re so glad we did. He was very kind and a lot of fun. The rest of the bike ride was breathtaking. Going uphill is tough but so worth it for those downhill zips with jaw-dropping views. Then the tour to Muir Woods - just wow! We are so glad we did this!
