What you'll do

OPEN WITH RESPECT TO BARRIERS

I welcome you at the cellar with a glass of Crémant, where we will begin the tasting and a presentation of the family estate. To immerse you in the daily life of our profession, we will show you a film on our work as winegrower.

The visit is free for children you can come with them without reservation. If you do pay for children they will get a picnic basket just as you.

The wine tasting wines will continue. I take you to the cellar dating from 1850, and discover the century-old oak barrels, which we still use to vinify our wines.

Following the organic conversion of the estate, we have renovated our cellar and are taking advantage of this new setting to offer our visitors a new activity: a scenographic space with 180 ° immersive video projected on the barrels. It's a film about my rich personal history, and about my work philosophy.

At the end of the visit, we will give you a complete picnic basket to take away to enjoy in the vineyards or at home! It includes bread, a pretzel, a selection of cold cuts and cheeses, water and a dessert. A vegetarian option is available on request.

My husband Yvan and I run a family winery, created in 1778 in Gertwiller, Alsace, a few kilometers from Strasbourg. Passed down from father to son, we are the 11th generation, from the same family, to take over the vineyard. Since 2005, we have opened our domain to individuals with whom we share our passion for wine: every weekend, we offer food and wine pairings and deliver our little cellar secrets in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Our little pride is our family Zeyssolff barrel, made in 1897 for the Universal Exhibition in Paris, still in use to this day. It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to our tasting cellar - concept store named "Au Péché Vigneron" ...

Our first wine tasting in the area. We could not have asked for better than that! So much information, accessible in a clear and pleasant way. And the food was more than amazing. Thank you! Highly recommended :)

A wonderful experience full of history, delicious wine and SO much food for the cost. The winery is very modern but shows it's 200+ years of history. The tour was informative and shared the personal story of the family which was interesting to learn about. The area is stunning. I would highly recommend this experience.
