What you'll do

We will go out in a Van to tour the south of Cancun ... we will go directly to the beautiful ruins of Tulum, where they will be explained about the history, uses and customs of our beautiful history and its people.
After a little more than an hour, we will depart to enjoy the second stop in this adventure ... we will go swimming in a cenote and cool off in the fresh and crystalline waters ... there you will enjoy a delicious lunch that includes typical dishes of the Mayan area, such as lime soup and the famous cochinita pibil tacos ... from there we will be ready to leave for the second archeological zone that we will visit to get as much juice as possible for a beautiful holiday day ... we go to Cobá. ..a magical place where they still allow us to climb the pyramids (the largest pyramid is even taller than that of Chichen Itza) ... after climbing the Mayan ruins and hearing about the uses and customs of the people of the area, as well as the history of the place, they will have free time to tour the historic site before returning to the Van and preparing to return to Cancun ...
And as Playa del Carmen is on our way, we will stop for approximately one hour to get to know the famous Fifth Avenue and take advantage of if you want to buy any souvenirs of the place. The tour is a full day which you will enjoy every moment and have a wonderful experience to add to your life
Other things to note
The tour has already included both the entrances to the archeological sites and the Cenote (where they will have their buffet meal also included in the price). There will be a professional bilingual guide and the unit is first class, has air conditioning.

Hello, I am fortunate to live in a privileged place. I am one of the pioneers of Cancun, because I arrived here in 1978 and I had to see all this impressive and incredible tourist destination born and growing. I have been in practically all the locations of importance not only in this area, but also in the Yucatan Peninsula, this, coupled with my love and respect for tourism, I think qualifies me as a special person for such a project, I firmly believe in the well-being of the planet and that we must show the world our beauties and maybe we can convince our tourism that we must protect our resources and our beauties so that everyone can enjoy them for many more generations ...

Where you'll be

You will visit the most representative archeological zones of southern Cancun, the beautiful walled city of Tulum, the only archaeological zone that is on the Mexican Caribbean shore and with a really beautiful and impressive view that will remain forever in your heart ... You can also marvel at the works of nature and you will know the stalactites of a Cenote that have been formed for millions of years, then we go to the beautiful Coba!

The places we went to were fun, but I would’ve liked to have had the COVID restrictions added to the listing of the experience.

This may be specific to me, so please judge for yourself if this would be your type of event to book. The experience is not a local providing a nice trip around and telling you stories. This is a tour agency that takes a full big bus on those tours, therefore for me this was a big shock and not the experiences I am used to book here. Large groups are not my speed and were causing delays at every step of the way on a very packed agenda. On the positive, the guys in the bus are quite engaging and will probably tell you more about the culture than the actual tour guides on the sites. For me in Tulum it felt like we were taken only for the photo ops and not for the culture and history behind (sue me I am a nerd). Maybe because I was with the English speaking group there was a notion that we don't care for anything but the photos... I don't know. The lunch was nice, Coba also was a nice place to visit, but we didn't necessarily have our tour guide at the beginning so we were just seeing the pyramids without any clue what they meant and had to go back again with one of the guys who was explaining us what we had seen already, I am sure some people didn't even hear the stories behind the place. In the cenote is where the large group really was a high price to pay... not only were they there for photos, boomerangs and videos, but they were there to jump from the stairs and make the simple swimming in a small cave rather difficult (also noise doesn't travel far in a cave, so hard to just enjoy being there unless you are part of the noise). In this trip, as it is a tour agency, you will experience the joy for everything to be extra price and of course quoted in US dollars, no matter if you are from the states or not. You are also told that drinks along the way will be very expensive so you better purchase the package for drinks on the bus upfront, but this was not the case when we got to the sites (drinks being 25-50 pesos in the souvenir stores). Again, if you like large groups and the tour agency experience, then the sites were nice and the team was also kind and engaging. If you however hope for a small local experience that all you have to do is show up and enjoy (without the constant up-sales options), this is not it.

This was a great package! You literally see 3 different locations and learn the history. The guides and bus attendants are hilarious and knowledgeable about the Mayan history. The locations are beautiful. It’s a great price for a whole day of activity.

This was a great tour that showed you all the beauty of the Cancun area. There was also adequate time to digest the beauty of the area, take photos and spend time with the family. The food was also amazing and the service was superb.
