Harvesting algae in the foreshore at low tide.
After several discovery courses and outings with groups, I master the gathering of seaweed and their culinary preparations. Nori, Dulles, sea lettuce, sea spaghetti, royal kombucha, peppery dulse are very rich in minerals, proteins and beneficial to health. I would be able to explain the rules to respect, how to recognize the algae, their conservation and preparation.

Where you'll be
In Brittany, we have rising and falling tides. When the sea descends, the lab is discovered. A multitude of algae and small crustaceans are then visible to the delight of fishermen and gatherers.
