I am so glad that I went in this amble with Carlos. Carlos grew up in Cholula, and is deeply ingrained in its history and daily life. Plus he’s just a friendly and engaging guy. I learned so much on this walk, and also feel like I made a friend with him and his gracious partner Catherine. This walk is highly recommended.

From the moment I arrived to Carlos' house, he was very friendly, he received me with fresh juice and fruit. He explained me the route before starting the tour. We went through a local area with agriculture while we had an amazing view of the pyramid with the church and the volcano Popocatépetl. We went to church at the top of the pyramid where I had the chance to take some good pictures, afterwards we went to the park Soria with different small stands of handicraft. After this we walked through the central street to the Zócalo. Carlos and I had a good communication where he told a lot of stories and he even taught me some spanish words. Carlos also gave me a lots of recommendations of things to do, places to see and food to try in the city. An amazing experience, very recommendable!
