Where you'll be

Hocus Pocus Farm in Chepachet is a wonderful chemical free farm run by two of my good friends Courtney and Sophie. They are passionate about bringing high quality, local vegetables, fruits, flowers, and herbs to the community. We will then travel to my commercial kitchen in Providence, a beautiful kitchen space located in a refurbished old factory building. We will carry out the rest of the class and meal there.
