What you'll do
On this brisk walk, we will see how Boston transforms itself physically while casually changing the course of history. Winding through the streets, we encounter Puritans to re-discover what they made of this wilderness. From these roots, we see three stories unfold: the American Revolutionary War, the political ascent of the Kennedy family, and Boston itself. Along the way, we pay a visit to Benjamin Franklin and peek into a bank vault without breaking the law - it's all about the Benjamins! Coming full circle, we end near the Boston Massacre at the Old State House, the cross section of the city’s political and economic life today.
As soon as I moved to Boston years ago, I stuck my nose in books, and if not doing that, then exploring the city. Over time, you find a ton of low-key, super cool history gems that blow away what you can get out of following the Freedom Trail. From colonial times to the Seaport, the city is a living, breathing open history book that takes time to get to know, but immensely rewarding the more hidden gems you find. I am in love with showing and telling people about the story of Boston through history as it visibly unfolds through the changing landscape and cultural scenes of the city.

Where you'll be
We will be winding through the streets of Boston as if you were walking through a museum. Government Center, Faneuil Hall, Beacon Hill, and Downtown Crossing are all fair game.
