What you'll do

Why would somebody hang upside down in a hot, cylinder-shaped clay oven to stick dough in it? Because the bread that comes out is so delicious, it is totally worth it! The above-mentioned scary clay oven is called Tone and has a long tradition In Georgia. The most ancient one dates back to the V-VII century. Baking of Georgian bread as well as a traditional method of sticking it inside the Tone can be studied at all branches of ’’Tsiskvili Group.’’

Everything started in 2002, when we got inspired by old mill and came up with the concept of our restaurant. Since then, we have been constantly expanding and evolving. Our restaurant chain is associated with quality, creativity and authenticity. We offer our guests an opportunity to learn how to cook traditional Georgian dishes, cultural evenings that include folk dance, music shows and Georgian theatrical plays that have no analogue in the country.
