What you'll do

This tour last about 5 hours, with about 3 hours on the water. This tour is given in English and/or in French, depending on the guests. After meeting at the subway stop, I will drive you to the Iles-de-Boucherville National Park (15 min drive). At the Park, you will be given a few minutes to use the Visitor center's washroom. I will then give you indication and safety instruction and we will board our canoe. As we paddle together through the park, you will learn about: history of Canada, of Montreal, the First Nations, the wildlife, the first explorer, the fur traders, etc. This tour includes a stop at the île Grosbois island, were you can stretch your legs, use the bathroom, and visit the native archaeological site. IMPORTANT: *To participate in this activity, you will be requested to sign a ''Waiver of liability'' and ''Assumption of risk'' that I will provide. *Please note that it is compulsory to wear a PFD (Personal Flotation Device) in the canoe and on the docks at all time. *For safety reasons (strong wind, storm, thunder, ...), the tour may be put on hold, stopped or canceled at anytime.***I will send a message 2h in advance if I have to cancel a tour due to weather.
