What you'll do
We will arrive at the farm at 11:00 am.
We will have a guided tour of the farm.
First, we will walking through the vineyards, after the vegetable garden and we will see the animals farm.
Visit the wine cellar where they produce the organic Vinho Verde wine.
Get to know the farm products ( homemade teas, jams and marmalade).
We start to prepare our ingredients for the cooking class.
We will pick up the necessary products from the vegetable garden.
Cooking Class with the local Chef, owner of the farm.
The main dish is one of the most famous dishes in Braga city: "Bacalhau à Braga" it's cod fish made by bracarense people. or if you prefer you can cook the Barrosã steak with potatoes and greens.

When we are finished, you will enjoy the meal that you prepared, Degustation Menu ( appetizer, main course and dessert).
Enjoy the organic Vinho Verde wine from the farm ( Rosé and White), typical "green wine".
The showcooking consists of the participation of customers in the preparation of typical dishes of the region, in order to have a Portuguese gastronomic experience closer to reality and to have contact with the organic ingredients of the farm, and the local people, me and the owners of the farm.
