I would like to invite you to join my yoga practise.
Most of the time I'm doing Hatha so a rather slow flow between asanas combined with breathing excercises. Don't worry if you've never done yoga before or you think you're not flexible enough. I never do crazy stuff ;). Yoga is for everyone. It gives options in each position so you choose the best variant for yourself. The key is to listen to your body (and a bit to my tips :D) and feel how far your body wants to go.
I was lucky enough to meet few mentors that gave me a lot of information about yoga and, because I just love details, I will try to share this knowladge with you.
We'll finish our practise with a 20mins meditation. Too long? Don't worry you can just relax admiring a beautiful view.
Afterwards you can jump in and have a nice swim, sunbath or have a picnic because place where we're going to practice is just perfect for that, or have a walk back with me to where we met.

Hey guys,
I'm Ania, polish architect, fitness trainer and food lover currently based in Malta.
After living in Poland, Germany, Austria, Croatia and Spain I moved in here and I'm having a very relaxing and happy life on this island. I would gladly share with you my love for cooking healthy, vegetarian meals, ideas about how to make your own plant milk or how to cut on bought cosmetics.
I'm also into various kinds of sport from volleyball, rock climbing, through weights lifting, hiking, skiing to yoga, pilates and sailing.
Drawing and hand crafts is my another hobby. Since few months I'm working on a new project- personalised posters and T-shirts. So far only few pieces were spread betwee family and friends but I plan to change it soon ;)

Where you'll be

I would like to invite you to a beautiful seafront on the Manoel Island with an amazing view over Valletta. It's quiet, away from street noises and construction sites. Right behind us there will be a fort from XVIII century, which from time to time has an open day for visitors. It's a great place to spend some time with a book, have a swim, picnic or sunbathe which you're totally welcome to do after our practise.

I got this as a gift for a friend's bday and she absolutely loved it. Also before the day Ania was super helpful and made sure everything was okay. Would highly recommend giving this experience a go!

Ania was really wonderful and cared about me feeling comfortable a lot. It was an intense 1 1/2 of yoga at a magical place.

This is a great and unique experience, it was my first time practicing yoga and Ania made me feel comfortable and welcome. We went a nice speed and we were also situated in an extremely beautiful location as the sun was rising.
