What you'll do

The cooking class and wine tasting will start touring our wineyard that overlooks the sea and admiring the gardens where we grow seasonal organic vegetables. After that, we’ll start the wine tasting where I’ll let our guests taste some of our best local wines and explain them their specific characteristics. Then we’ll start the cooking class where we will be able to prepare fresh pasta from scratch ( tagliatelle, ravioli or gnocchi). Each guest will have his own place on the table with all ingredients ( flour, eggs, water etc.), a rolling pin and a chopping board so to make his own pasta. I’ll personally supervise all the pasta making process and help each guest realize the dough. We will then be ready to prepare the pasta sauce ( ragù, carbonara, clams or tomatoe) with fresh ingredients and to eat the first dish.
At this point a wide range of appetizers will be served ( mozzarella, ricotta, salami, local cheese and vegetables of the season).
The meal will end with a delicious
Dessert along with homemade limoncello!
Other things to note
This will be and amazing experience! Guests could use their own car to reach the villa, we can arrange a taxi ( price to be set up), or a pick up at “Via Nocera” Circumvesuviana train station for 5€ per person round trip

Hi! We are Mariacristina & Pierluigi, we are mother and son. I’m 34 years old, my mom is 58 and she’s been cooking since she was a teenager. Preparing food is our greatest passion!
I love assisting my mother in the kitchen, I’ve been doing this since I was a kid, learning her fresh pasta making “secrets”.
My mom has been cooking for her entire life for family and friends, following her grandma recipes. She has also been giving cooking lessons for the guests we host in our villa for nearly 7 years. She also loves attending cooking courses and keeping herself updated.
Join us, we’ll have fun!

I did this experience with my boyfriend for my birthday. Maria Cristina was so lovely. Made sure we really understood the art of pasta making. Gave us a wonderful tour of her ground where we saw how she grew everything from pumpkin to plums! It was incredible. The setting was so tranquil and romantic! The view was stunning. We liked it so much we booked a night at her BnB. It was an experience to remember and the highlight of my holiday. Thank you again for an unforgettable birthday! Annie and Adam x

This was a truly special experience! Making homemade pasta outside with the view of the sea and the sunset was something we cannot describe with words. Although it was only my girlfriend and I, Cristina made us feel really welcome and at home. Cristina was a gracious host - giving us lots of antipasti (mozzarella, salami, homemade olive oil, bread) and plenty of homemade wine. She gave us a tour of her garden and vineyard, letting us try home grown figs, rocket and herbs which was an extra special touch. The pasta itself was so delicious - so fresh, so simple, and so yummy. To top it all off, we spent the whole evening with her three gorgeous dogs which was amazing. Although it’s not in the centre of amalfi or Sorrento, I promise you it’s worth the trip! This is a once in a lifetime opportunity and was definitely a highlight of our Italy trip so far.

We could not have asked for a more intimate, friendly and delicious experience during our time in Italy! From the moment we met Maria until the moment we left for home, every little touch was magical. The house and garden were the perfect setting - both serene and breathtaking. Maria was the perfect host - warm, friendly, funny and knowledgeable about the local food and history. We sampled amazing local snacks and had such a fun time learning how to make the most gorgeous and fresh Italian cuisine we have ever tasted. You truly feel at home - and the joy of tasting delicious food that you’ve made yourself was one of those experiences that you’ll take with you for the rest of your life. We left with great recipes and tips and with great memories of a wonderful afternoon and a wonderful woman - we will certainly return!

Cristina was a fabulous host! She picked us up at the train station and took us to her villa in the country, gave us a tour of her gardens. She grows many things on her land including lemon, olive, and fig trees, herbs, tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, and too much more to list. We made pasta from scratch, picked the lemons and herb ingredients for our meal, enjoyed some regional wine, and enjoyed a delicious dessert at the end. It was a great experience for our family, with hands on activities even for our 8 year old.
