Since social impact and awareness raising are of utter importance to me, I am very glad I got to join the SUPERTRAMPS Team and support them on their mission. SUPERTRAMPS was established back in 2015 being the first Social Business of its kind in Vienna. Besides giving a voice to those affected, we empower (former) homeless people through various means in their personal development. I co-organize this tour with your guides Katrin and Ferdinand. Katrin is a certified tour guide with many years of experience, giving you historical and cultural insights on thsi beautiful city, while Ferdinand will give you the perspective of a homeless person. The synergy of these two very different approaches is what makes this tour unique and unforgettable.

About the organisation

The non-profit association SUPERTRAMPS defines people not by their deficiencies, but their often hidden qualities, personalities and incredible knowledge. Having been homeless has made our guides true city experts and survival artists. Our mission is to support these unfortunate yet lovely individuals by helping them to unfold their many talents while overcoming biases and raising compassion.

This is a social impact experience where 100% of what you pay for this experience goes to SUPERTRAMPS.

Where you'll be

Walking along the scenic promenade you will cross the Danube Canal to enter the 9th Viennese district. Here you will immerse in the historic streets of a cosy neighbourhood before visiting the vibrant and fashionable heart of the Servitenviertel. You will get to know beautiful places of the beaten track and finish the tour at the crossing of Berggasse and Porzellangasse just next to inviting cafes, restaurants, theaters and the Freud museum.
