What you'll do

The Baduanjin qigong(also known as Eight Pieces of Brocade) is one of the most common forms of Chinese qigong used as exercise. The Baduanjin as a whole is broken down into eight separate exercises, each focusing on a different physical area and qi meridian.

The Baduanjin traditionally contains both a standing and seated set of eight postures each.
Use of calisthenics, stretching, and breathing exercises to maintain good health, fight disease, and enhance the quality of life has a long documented history in China.
Other things to note
Attendees are advised to wear flat sole shoes/ sports shoes and comfy clothes during the class sessions.

Where you'll be

Classes will be taught in Tamar Park which you can enjoy the spectaular sea view of Hong Kong while practicing Taichi. In case of bad weather conditions, the class location will be changed to our Wan Chai Studio which is located in the heart of the CBD district.
