Do you feel like you waste your morning feeling slow, half awake, or unfocused? Do you feel unmotivated when you wake up, and then hope to find inspiration later in the day, but don’t?

In this online experience, we’ll walk through the morning routine that helped me get to, and keeps me competing at a world-class level. We’ll start by hydrating with a cold glass of lime-salt water and I’ll tell you the incredible story of how I made my first Olympic team after getting hit by a track and field hammer (warning: it’s the biggest bruise you’ll ever see). This event was the catalyst of my obsession with habits & routines. Next, we'll do some gentle but energising movements to activate your body. Thirdly, we'll go through effective journaling cues to activate a positive and motivated mindset. With blood flowing and a primed outlook, I’ll guide you through a short but highly effective meditation. As the finale, you'll learn the trick of how to enjoy a cold shower as well as some of the physiological benefits.

This Experience is great for team-building, and upon request can be shortened to a 50 minute webinar style event!

How to participate

  • Join a video call
    Use Zoom to participate on your desktop or mobile device. After you book, you’ll receive an email with a link and details on how to join.
  • Book for a private group
    Liz can host private groups of any size, up to 500 guests. Private group rates start at £128.

What to bring

  • Printed Journal Worksheet (provided) & a Pen
  • Open Mind!
  • Any questions you might have about life as an athlete
  • Big glass (14-18oz) filled with cold water, 1/4 tsp coloured salt ( i.e. pink Himalayan) and 1/2 lime juiced
