What you'll do
Join us for an inclusive physical activity and sports session with others from around the world - from the safety of your own home! With the current challenges, it's more important than ever for disabled people to keep active and keep connected. Led by our experienced multi-sport coaches Laura and Emma, our friendly session will get you warmed up and trying out a range of inclusive and adapted activities to keep fit while making new friends! Activities will run for 45 minutes from 3pm every Wednesday. The session is recommended for people aged 18 and over.

A word about our coaches: Laura is responsible for delivering all of our services in the South of London, including the Community Clubs, external coaching and training programmes. Laura has worked in the sports sector over the last 5 years. Her background with state and national governing netball bodies in Australia saw her working with disadvantaged communities as well as managing the numerous disability programs from grassroots through to competitive levels. Emma manages our East Region of London, responsible for delivering all of our services in the region, including the Community Clubs, external coaching and training programmes.. Emma is a qualified PE teacher, as well as having 5 years of experience in the disability and sports development industry. Emma is a keen hockey player and coach.

Disability Sports Coach
Disability Sports Coach empowers disabled people to lead more active lives, using sport to transform physical and mental health. Our 14 Community Clubs around London offer fun, multi-sport sessions for disabled people of all impairments and ages. Our specialist coaches are experienced at adapting activities to cater to all. Since 2013, we're proud to have supported 19,000 disabled people.

Things to keep in mind
Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.
Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside the Airbnb website or app.
You’ll need an internet connection and the ability to stream audio and video to participate. A link and details on how to join will be included in your booking confirmation email. Up to 8 guests ages 18 and up can attend.
- Ensure you have a good amount of space so you can get involved in more vigorous activities - It's best to view from a laptop or computer so you can clearly see and hear instructions from our coaches
