What you'll do

Musashi-koyama is well known for having the longest shopping mall in Tokyo where I feel a personal attachment to.This is where you will see the old and nostalgic side of Tokyo. There are hundreds of shops and eateries which locals visit daily.
I'll take you to all my secret spots where I've been visiting since kid. You can feel a friendly atomosphere and good old tokyo.

We'll find local's delicious food and take it to a nearby park to rest and have a little picnic.
There's a peaceful temple nearby where we can take pictures.

After picnic, let's ride along the famous Sakura riverside to Nakameguro, a small neighborhood that is becoming very hot, hip and trendy. It is also a well-known hub for the creative industries, resulting in a steady supply of hipsters.

There are some hidden gems such as coffee shops, local craft beer bars and cool vintage clothing shops along the river.

This is a fun bike tour with lots of local foods. At the same time you can learn about our language and culture.

I love teaching Japanese to visitors to make people feel confident and comfortable about speaking a new language while, at the same time, learning more about the culture. I'm also big bicycle enthusiast. I ride a bike 20 kilometers every day. I am from southeast Tokyo and know the area pretty well. I'd like to show the world my beloved city and help them see it as a local.

Explore Tokyo like no other tourist. This is definitely a must have tour when you're visiting Tokyo. I have lived in Tokyo for about a year, but I found a lot of hidden gems during this tour with Kt-san. Kt-san showed me the true local experience of living in Tokyo, we explored from the Old Tokyo to the most hipster places (the New Tokyo). And I just realized that the best way to explore Tokyo is by cycling. P.S. She showed me the 'sakura tunnel' that is only known by the locals.

Kt was a brilliant host. We had a private trip and it was perfectly adapted to our tastes! It was a really varied trip and covered a diverse range of stops where we got off our bikes and explored certain areas or shops that took our fancy. Kt gave great information on everything we saw and is a really kind, funny lady. I recommend to anyone who likes riding a bike. Fantastic way to get around the neighbourhood!

I really enjoyed this tour and the chance to see a piece of Tokyo from a local perspective. Ir wad a lot of cute places I wouldn't have been able to find on my own. I definitely recommend this.

Fun bike tour of a cool neighborhood that may not be in your guidebooks. Kt is a fun and knowledgeable guide, with plenty of great recommendations for your entire stay in Tokyo. Make sure you can bike well, and dress warm if you’re joining in the winter.

KT made a wonderful outing. Biking through her neighborhood and getting a peak at Meguro’s and Makameguro’s history and modernity made a perfect complement to the usual central Tokyo exploration. Nice to get just a bit outside the norm to see some day-to-day Tokyo life. We thoroughly enjoyed doing it all via bike. We considered it an easy (and very safe) ride. Would highly recommend!

Kt took us around to some really neat places in the Meguro district. It was fun to see some of the old and new. I would recommend this tour to anyone.
