What you'll do

The party of making Japanese-style pancake by ourselves and tasting it with bizarre food for the Japanese sake.

Okonomiyaki is Japanese-style pancake made from eggs, flour, water with many different toppings. We eat this Japanese-style pancake with a sweet and savory sauce similar to Worcestershire sauce.

I will teach you how to make a Japanese-style pancake together. And hopefully be able to cook it on your own after this experience.

Have you ever tried Japanese bizarre foods?
I'd also like to challenge you to try salted squid, pickled ume, and fermented soybeans that is probably a new taste to foreigners.

I will be offering a cup of sake for free. You will hopefully see how sake and Japanese pancake have a good chemistry.

Let’s say ”Itadakimasu”, and eat it together!
Other things to note
This food includes pork, egg, wheat, yam and small beans.
[Please pay attention if you have any type of allergy]

Only 1 complimentary cup of sake
(Please note I do not serve beer)

The old couple that runs the small okonomiyaki place where the event took place was fabulous. While not speaking English they made us feel home and helped us cook our own okonomiyaki in a friendly way. There were however many substantial issues with the airbnb hosts: - The address given was quite far from the real location and the host could not communicate the right address to us electronically - The host was more than 30 minutes late to pick us up and seemed barely sorry - The host kept playing on his phone during the cooking phase and was unable to share any information on the dish or the cooking style with us - The event took a total of 45/50 minutes compared to the 2 hours scheduled. Overall, this activity is way overpriced.

difficile à trouver car le nom de l'endroit n'est qu'indiqué qu'en japonnais. Sinon l'expérience et les personnes qui l'anime sont adorables. A faire sans hésiter.
