Noosa Beach Yoga is hosted by two qualified 200-hour YTT trained yoga teachers. Claudia has been teaching classes at the beach for the last year. She has trained in Sydney (yoga therapy), India (pranayama), and pregnancy yoga. Christabel has been teaching foundation classes by the beach from 2013, when she received her qualification from Begin Yoga in Maroochydore, Queensland, she is passionate about imparting the deep peace that a beach yoga practice can bring.

Where you'll be

We will walk along the boardwalk on the beachside of Hastings Street, from Season Restaurant, enjoying the view of Laguna Bay. This is a perfect time to look out for dolphins frolicking in the bay. And we may see a friendly Noosa local - the bright yellow and red bush turkey! We will find a gorgeous dapple lit spot to enjoy our beach yoga practice with the sound of the ocean as our soundtrack.

More tips

Wear comfortable clothing for the yoga class and bring a bottle of water. You might also like to bring a towel and swimwear for a dip in the ocean after class.
