What you'll do
You'll learn the basics of healthy eating at home, reducing your dependence on dairy, processed foods, gluten, low quality meats, etc. And the meal can still taste great too! During the class, I will teach you how to make my favorite healthy dishes like cauliflower mac & "cheese", kale Caesar salad, "cheezy" kale chips, spaghetti squash Pad Thai, raw "cookie dough" bites, and many more things depending on the season! Once class is over, we will all enjoy our meal together, family style at our communal table. You will also receive a packet of the full recipes so you can make everything at home yourself!
Thanks to my mother, a classically trained chef via Cordon Bleu Paris, I have been cooking my entire life. Passion doesn't even begin to express how I feel about sharing food with anyone who likes to eat. Though I've been hosting dinner parties for years, I have had many inquires about cooking classes.
