Hello there! I'm your tour guide Cherrifaye. I've worked in the customer service industry throughout my entire working life. Born and raised here in Cork, I'm an extremely positive person that is highly customer focused, creative, passionate and enthusiastic in all that I do. The two hour tour that I give is filled with beer & whiskey tasting, delicious food, history, stories and laughter.

We begin our experience in Cork's newest independent brewery- Rising Sons Brewery in the historic Old Town on Cornmarket Street-with a short and informative talk on the history of trade in the inner city and the rebirth of the brewing industry in Cork. We then move into the brewery for an in depth tour of where we make our beer, covering the different types of malt/hops used and the process from…

Where you'll be

In the Old Town of Cork City on the historic trading hub of Cornmarket Street, our tour takes place in Cork's newest Microbrewery - Rising Sons Brewery, and then onto The Old Town Whiskey Bar at Bodega - housed in the historic St. Peter's Market (the original Irish market-not many people know that!)

Guest requirements
