What you'll do

Do you also believe that artisanal food is the best way to discover a new culture? And that food experiences are best enjoyed in small groups?

Our first part will focus on Belgian sweet food culture and on the history and traditions of our beloved hometown. In the sumptuous Royal Galleries, you will discover Belgianness by tasting all the best artisanal treats of our small kingdom, including the best traditional chocolate confectionery.

The second part will be an introduction to fine chocolate sensory analysis in our private tasting room. After a chocolate and coffee pairing, you will learn about the bean-to-bar revolution and the art of tasting craft chocolate and identifying flavor notes and tastes. You will be offered exceptional craft chocolates from very small artisans that only a true connoisseur knows where to find :-)
Other things to note
-We're often fully booked! Contact us if the dates you wish aren't available/for private experiences.
-Your guide will be either Yasmine or Joanne. The experience takes around 2,5hs.
-This is not a crowded touristy tour but an intimate experience (max 8 guests per group) with a local expert.

Don't even second guess making a reservation, this tour was a wonderful addition to our time in Brussels. Yasmine is a lovable foodie who is very knowledgeable about chocolate and it's history in Belgium. She made the group environment very friendly and relaxed which made it easier for all of us to connect and converse. She also had a lot of great suggestions for other food places in Belgium which we happily enjoyed.

You can taste a lot of chocolates and marvel with every one of it, with their smell, texture and flavour. You have to experience it. Besides, you can learn a little bit more about Brussels and the chocolatiers throughout the tour stops.

Amazing tour. Yasmine took us to several interesting chocolate shops and we learned how to taste chocolate the right way. We felt at all times welcome and learned a lot about Belgium through our taste.

If you love chocolate, this is the tour for you! My mom, brother and I all loved this experience. It would be easy to be overwhelmed by all of the options for chocolate in Brussels, but Yasmine helped to break it down - to explain the history, the traditions, and give her expert opinion on the best chocolate in the city. This tour was not only delicious, it was a great value, we went to six chocolatiers and enjoyed a unique coffee and chocolate tasting experience. Highly recommend!
