What you'll do

Explore Havana with a local runner

We'll run at a comfortable pace through different parts of Old Havana. While we burn some calories, we'll see how Cuban people live. On the road, I'll share details about our culture, lifestyle, religion, and education. We'll stop at various points to take a closer look at our surroundings and everyday life in Cuba. At the end of our race, while we stretch out, we'll refuel with some Cuban snacks.

The run was really informative. I felt like I got to see and learn a lot of things in a short amount of time since we ran to the different locations. It is a great way to cure a hangover and see the city at the same time. ;) Thanks again Gelin!

A perfect way to combine a moderate workout with sightseeing. I loved running through the streets of Havana instead of just seeing them from a restaurant. Gelin brought a Cuban flag which was a great idea because we could take pictures and record videos with it. I felt like a marathoner approaching the finish line and raising the Cuban flag in victory! 😊

I’ve had the opportunity to travel to Havana several times and I was hopeful that I would find a unique touring experience while supporting the Cuban people. Gaiel’s running tour was fabulous! He has an excellent command of Cuban history and culture. The run was at a good pace—we stopped often to discuss historical landmarks and to chat about our life experiences. I highly recommend this experience!

Gelin’s jogging tour concept is very unique. This was a great way to learn about Havana while getting in a light workout. He bought me icecream at the end. Thank you for the positive experience, Gelin.
