What you'll do
Learn about Berlin’s hidden queer history by biking through some of the city’s most iconic neighborhoods. From the late nineteenth century, the brutal repression of gay people during the Nazi period, the fight for gay rights and equal treatment and the AIDS crisis, hear stories of the people and places that made Berlin the queer capital of Europe.
About the organisation
AIDS/LifeCycle supports the Los Angeles LGBT Center and San Francisco AIDS Foundation. With its 545-mile San Francisco to Los Angeles sponsored cycle ride in June 2018, and your contribution through this experience, it funds the work of these two non-profit organizations, helping them to provide free HIV/AIDS medical care, testing, and prevention services.
This is a social impact experience where 100% of what you pay for this experience goes to AIDS/LifeCycle.
