What you'll do
This is a two hour workshop on the art of cocktail making and matching them with delicious canapés, with a Xmas twist! we will have some Eggnog with Mince Pie Tart and Xmas Punch with Pigs in Spanish Blankets among a few other delicious combinations, dinner will not be required afterwards! There will be opportunities to get involved in both the cocktail and canapé preparation, and you will learn some new science-based approaches to take home to your own kitchen.
With twenty years' experience of teaching Chemistry and a passion for food, I decided to combine the two! It is called TheFoodLab, where you will learn about the science and process of creating delicious food. 'Cooking, it's not Rocket Science'.

Where you'll be
The location is a custom built teaching kitchen in the basement of my traditional Victorian terrace in West Didsbury. Access is only via steps to the cellar.
