What we’ll do

A guided hike/walk around some of the most stunning forests, beaches and trails that Vancouver has to offer, with self care sharing at the peak of our adventure. You will receive tips and tricks of how to live a more balanced life.

What else you should know

Dress for the weather, Vancouver is in a rainforest so be prepared for all types of weather conditions!

Good walking/hiking shoes, and weather appropriate clothing.

Where you'll be

We will start by meeting downtown at Burrard Street Skytrain where we will transit or drive to the hike destination.
