Hi! My name is Kristian and I'm 23 years old from Norway. I study and work in the hospitality industry. I also have experience as a physical trainer mainly from the Norwegian Army but also from civilian life.

What we’ll do

We are going for a morning run, that takes place on the west side of Oslo. Running in a new city can be quite difficult because you never get the same flow as you do when you know the way. The path I created also lets you see attractions like Vigelandsparken and the west coast towards Bygdøy. The path is created​ with some «secret» roads with less traffic, that can be hard to find on your own…

What else you should know

The activity has some physical requirements and it is assumed that all participants will be able to have a MINIMUM average speed of 9 km / h throughout the course. 9 km/h is normal/slow jogging.

What to bring

I recommend that you have running shoes and training clothing that is suited for the wether.
If you like to drink water as you run you can bring that but keep in mind that you have to bring it because we do not end up the same place as we start.

Where you'll be

The morning run starts at Majorstuen through Frognerparken. The run goes down to Bygdøy where we follow a bridge along the water. The bridge then turns into a path, we then lower the pace and continue a little inland along the east coast of Bygdøy. We turn around a bit before Frognerkilen and run along the water back to Aker Brygge whic ​is the finish​ line of the journey.
