That's not what this is about.

Many people desire to see how fast they can go, but it's not just about getting from point A to point B. There are techniques to becoming an efficient sprinter, and therefore specific techniques to getting the best out of you.

Whether you're participating as part of a team building activity, or just want to do something different, you'll enjoy:
*Learning what you need to do to become faster and more dynamic.
*Learning drills specific to increasing sprint technique.
*Understanding the mindset behind becoming a champion and how to overcome obstacles.
*Hear the story of how I went from 8th in the 2000 Sydney Olympics to a medalist in the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

I'm a two time Olympian and Beijing Olympic Bronze medalist in the tough 400m Hurdles!
Not only do you have to be in a full sprint to the finish line (your goal), you also have to navigate hurdles (challenges), weather conditions (the unexpected), and sometimes hitting hurdles (setbacks), all while maintaining a winning mindset. I will share Olympic success principles that unequivocally work in any walk of life.

My journey as an Olympian began in Sydney 2000, making the coveted Olympic finals. In 2004, I had to take on an even bigger calling to become a mother. When others had written me off, I went back to the sport, overcoming injuries and setbacks to reclaim my place on the podium in Beijing 2008 with my 3yr old son cheering me on.
I aim to bring my vales of fun, humour, authenticity, growth, freedom & triumph to every experience.
