About your host

My enjoyment of the wilderness came at age 13. Since then, I love to get into the outdoors in the pursuit of rock, snow, or water. What we’ll do

Arriving at the beach, we will get into our dry cags and buoyancy aids, and set up the kayaks to suit each person. Where you'll be

Aberdour is a beautiful, historic village full of narrow winding lanes, quaint shops, blue flag beaches, a 12th century castle used in the filming of the TV series Outlander and Inchcolm Island with its medieval house - Inchcolm Abbey. During the First and Second world wars, Inchcolm was used for defence. Surviving features include a First World War drying hut, and the building in which the NAFFI staff lived in the Second World War.
