What you'll do

Lets walk among mountains and indigenous comunities that grow vegetables and flowers, and visit a beautifull natural reserve of woods and water, after we arrive to Zinacantán, an small indigenous town, with prehispanic roots and women who are experts in knitting, sewing, spinning and designing textiles at the needle and loom. of waist. Currently young people work with pedal looms and machine embroidery. Here the fashion is dynamic, and we can see it in the workshops and houses that are dedicated to weaving. Early in the morning we will see you in the place where you stay or in the center of the city, to move by car to the Huitepec mountain, an ancient water volcano 10km from the city. In the first community we drink coffee from Chiapas and traditional bread, some fruit and we leave. We left walking from my house to observe birds and enjoy the cool of the mountain towards Zinacantán, 7 km away. We stop to have a snack. A sandwich, fruit and water. In Zinacantán we will visit a house of textile merchants, artisans, weavers and designers, and later, we will go to a workshop of pedal looms and machine embroidery. We are going to know the center and Church of Zinacantán. We returned by car to San Cristóbal
