What you'll do
I will take you on a tapas experience to discover the most wonderful local tapas in a beautiful Andalucian mountain village. We will walk through the village sampling flavours from four local bars, all served up with regional wines, beer and plenty of opportunities for great holiday snaps. I will explain to you about the tapas dishes themselves and share stories about my experiences here in Spain.
I was born in England but have lived in Spain for almost 10 years, working exclusively as a tour guide showing people the food and culture of this wonderful country. I'm passionate about showing people authentic Spanish experiences away from the tourist traps and the village where I now live is somewhere I'd love to share with people. I am an advocate of good local cuisine and supporting local producers. I have earned a reputation for giving people incredible holiday experiences.

Where you'll be
We begin in the quaint square of this picturesque village, where the fountains run all year with crystal clear water from the mountains above. We will be stopping in two small family run bars which I have selected because of the good quality and authentic local style of tapas that they offer. Following that we will make our way down the hill to the final two bars, taking in some stunning views of the Sierra Nevada mountains on the way.

There are some great views along the way so it would be rewarding to bring a camera. Four tapas plates can be quite filling so best to have nothing more than a light lunch before you come.
