What you'll do

During this experience you'll be able to immerse yourself in my family long time history as Wine producer, visit our ancient cellar and partecipate to a "fior di latte" Mozzarella Workshop.
It will be my pleasure welcoming you with a cup of coffee before visiting our vineyard overlooking the village.
The wine tasting will take place in our ancient cellar where we keep our organic Catalanesca white and Aglianico red wine produced from the grapes grown in our own vineyards.
I will be pleased to explain the origin of our grapes, the methods of production and offer you white and red wine to try in combination with a selection of the organic goat cheese, salame, pancetta and coppa ham produced in our farm.
Now it's time to make Mozzarella: we will show you how to make it and, equally importantly, we will eat and enjoy it all together.
This experience also includes a pice of local cake and limoncello.
All the food will accompanied with our own organic extra virgin olive oil.

This experience made my trip to the Amalfi coast unique and is something I will always remember. The entire family was so welcoming! I had an amazing time learning and talking with them about food, wine, and the area in general. I can not wait to bring my family back here to meet them and do another class.

SOOOOO fun! The family was a real treat to meet and get to know. They have a beautiful space and had we known more about what they offered, we would have spent more time with them! No matter what experience you do with them, you will enjoy it!

We had the most amazing 2 hour experience with Pascale! They truly went all out to make us feel welcome - they offered to pick us up from the Bomerano bus stop to their home, bringing us around and explaining everything they grow and make by themselves. At the end we were served a delicious homemade meal; you can really feel the love and care that goes into making everything on the plate and in the glasses! We loved the wine and were able to finish 2 glasses each (even though we normally aren’t wine drinkers). Thank you Pascale and Rosanna for a wonderful experience we will always remember.

We had an amazing time. Our hosts made us feel welcome. Mozzarella was so good, never had any like it, wine was also delicious, as was the food. I would highly recommend this.

We attended this (Mozzarella)class and the Farmhouse dining experience. While not clear through Airbnb (the experiences are listed under different names and addresses) they are offered by the same family. Both were amazing and have thus far been the highlight of our trip. Taking a bus from Almafi to Agerola (Use San Lazzaro stop) made it very easy to get there. Finding actual house was a little more challenging, but we managed. Note, last bus to Amalfi leaves at 8:00 PM, so we had to leave class about 15 minutes early as we did the evening class. Pascuale, the husband and cheese expert, is very passionate about making food from scratch. It shows in their work. Highly recommended, especially if you appreciate slow food, made from scratch.
