What you'll do

The Museum of Interactive Art (MoIA) is unlike any other art museum, inviting visitors to touch, move, change, play and create the art, through user-friendly, creatively-interactive and visually-dramatic exhibits.

Artist Tour Includes,
Artist Tour of 8 Interactive Art Installations/Exhibits
Make and Take Art Activities like
Build-a-Beast Toy Workshop
& 3D Self Portraits.

I'm Aaron Harrington and I create interactive art.
I was born and raised here in Santa Fe being told “Don't Touch the Art” at the hundreds of galleries and museums here, so now I'm disrupting the "don't touch" art culture by creating hands-on interactive art and the Museum of Interactive Art.

My small museum features fun exhibits for the whole family.
-Kids love the Build-A-Beast Toy Workshop and Cardboard Forts in the Art Activity room.
-Adults enjoy interacting with larger more thoughtful exhibits like the Tesseract Lightbox and PoeTree.
-And all ages love making 3D Self Portraits and playing with exhibits the Magnetic Collaborative Collage, Holographic Mirror and 3D Portraits.
-Creative Fun for the Whole Family.

I look forward to interacting with you here,
Aaron

Aaron is precious. I had such a fun morning crafting magical creations with my daughter. Don’t even get me started on the mirror. I had tears in my eyes. So fitting for my current situation. We could have stayed all day. Total hidden gem!!!

Aaron is such a talented artist and so great with children. My daughter absolutely loved this and was super excited with all of the interactive exhibits. She had a wonderful time and for being 3 years old was easy to manage because she was interested in every Aaron had to show her.

Great experience for those who like to think outside the box or open to new perspectives. I had fun playing with the art, as well as, creating my own.

We had so much fun with Aaron's interactive display. We took our teenage son and his friend and we all enjoyed ourselves. We built "beasts" and made tinfoil face silhouettes. It was especially nice that we had such a small group so Aaron could be very attentive. It was slightly off the beaten path, but well worth it. Our only issue was our GPS. It told us we'd arrived 4 miles before we did. So don't rely too heavily on the GPS to get you there. I think this is a fun experience for all ages.

It was great I loved It I can see that he is going to be a great artist that everybody is going to know it was not what I expected “at first” but then I was amazed just remember that is just the beginning for this artist he is going to do amazing things with his art museum I would say that you should go there because he tells you about the third dimension and I was stunned 😮😮😮😮 so really go there and don’t let it fool you it will blow your mind 🤯
