I have been teaching wilderness movement, primitive skills and connection to nature for 14 years. My new retreat center and wilderness playground, mandala Springs provides the perfect venue to learn these skills!

What we’ll do

We will gather on site at Mandala Springs to learn the basic movement and sensory patterns that help us reclaim our natural sensitivities and awareness while un-learning the patterns we have learned from an early age that prevent us from accessing those abilities. Where you'll be

Mandala Springs is located next to Pisgah National Forest (on three sides!). We have a pristine bouldery stream and rock fields with house sized cliffs and boulders.
