What we’ll do

In this masterclass you will learn all about fermenting and culturing. We will make sauerkraut, kimchi, fermented pickles, fruit ferment, nut cheeses and fermented drinks such as kombucha and water kefir. Lunch is included where you will sample a plethora of ferments. This is a hands on workshop and you will leave with a couple of different ferments as well as a kombucha scoby and water kefir…

A most useful workshop teaching you everything you need to know about fermentation. Including fermented foods in your diet regularly is one of the most amazing things you can do for your health

a plantbased, sugar free and wheat/gluten free meal will be served. Do let me know if any other dietry requriements.

What to bring

pen for writing any notes
2*500ml jars for putting your fermented vegetables in (if smaller bring more)
1*1000ml jar for making your kombucha in
small jar/box to bring home your water kefir grains
