What you'll do
You will enter a transformative and enjoyable lesson, placed at the amazing park Indro Montanelli. Our first goal is to develop a consciousness breathing, which will bring you more vitality, serenity and a better capacity of dealing with your emotions. In a second moment, you will learn corporeal techniques to improve concentration, flexibility, strength and inner strength. That's the largest part of the lesson. In the sequence, I'll guide you to a relax time, in order to assimilate everything we will have done. And finally, I'll teach you a meditation technique to increase your focus and the connection with yourself. After the lesson, we will drink a delicious indian chai and you will be feeling so recharged and full of energy to do anything you must do.
I started to teach Yoga eight years ago now, and I'm so appassionate to provide an amazing experience to my students. I try to provide, in each class, a moment where the person can discover her self. I studied, trained and developed my self with experienced teachers in Brazil and two years ago I moved to Milan. I'm so happy to share with special people techniques and concepts to improve their quality of life. When I'm not working I love to stay with my husband, my pet and friends. I love to cook, to drink a good coffee (and chai) and travel to know the beauties and cultures of this world!

We'll practice inside this lovely park, with so many trees and flowers around. I love it, because it's so shining, coloured and full of life! It's the perfect location to our class!
