Duration:4 hours total
Includes:Food and Equipment
Languages:Offered in English

About your host

I am a 3rd generation canner. I learned with my mom and grandmother, who learned from theirs. My daughter and son grew up picking and canning with me and my mom and grandmother as well. It is truly my favorite time of the year! We start in late Spring and go to Fall, unless we are preserving meats. Vegetables, fruits and meats can all be preserved in jars and not stuck in a freezer.
