What you'll do

We will welcome you at the cellar, where we will start by introducing our House and our region, with a glass of Crémant d'Alsace (sparkling wine) and bretzels. Then we will visit the family cellar, dating back to 1850, where you will discover our centenary oak casks, which we are still using nowadays to make our wines. Alongside the wine tasting, I initiate you to food and wine pairing with a small delicatessen board. This will be a way to make you discover our local specialities and our local specificities like the Pinot Gris Rosé or the rare Klevener from Heiligenstein !
In this way you will discover the richness of the Alsatian gastronomy and wine while enjoying the place (old cellar totally renovated in 2015 - mix of authenticity and modernity.
Other things to note
Children are welcome. We can replace the wine by a juice, and the experience is free for them. The shop is located at 156 Route de Strasbourg, in front of a big parking lot. Don't turn to the small street in the side, stay on the main street, the shop is just accross.

My husband Yvan and I operate a family vineyard, created in 1778 in Alsace, few kilometers south of Strasbourg. We are the 11th generation of winemakers, from the same family. We love to share our passion for the wine through our family history, our little cellar secrets, in a sympathic and warm atmosphere. The ZEYSSOLFF family cask, made in 1897 specially for the World Fair in Paris, is one of our main curiosity. We welcome you with pleasure in our winetasting cellar called "Au Péché Vigneron".

This was a wonderful informational experience on the Alsatian wines with a great host who was very knowledgeable in the subject. The wines were incredible and the history of the family was so interesting. Great value and highly recommended!

We arrived and met with the owner, he was wonderful and explained everything very well. We ended up having a private tour because we were the only English-speaking family, which we really enjoyed. We brought our two daughters, ages 2 1/2 and 5 and they were very patient with us. We loved the experience, the history, and the detailed explanation of the wine and the region. The food pairing was also delightful. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it to families with children. Thank you!

Easy to reach from Strasbourg (40 min by train, 5 min by feet). The tour of the cellar was great, the tasted wines delicious and the tour guide super friendly. There was a good mix of information about the wines, Alsace in general and the family Zeyssolff. At the end of the tour there were delicious snacks. Thank you for this unique experience :)
