What we’ll do

We start by getting to know each other and talking about the origin of the Chilean empanada. Then we will talk about the ingredients that make it up: the dough, the stuffing (meat, onion, raisins, olives and eggs) and the famous Chilean pebre (tomato, onion and cilantro). We will chop and cook the ingredients of the empanada, and will demonstrate how to organize the elements which fill them, close…
