What you'll do

Feed and stroke gorgeous Herdwick sheep.
Good fun for groups, great for couples.

You will enjoy a traditional tea in the garden looking at our panoramic views. Our hilarious pet sheep will come and join you for cuddles and a bit of naughtiness and trying to eat all the wrong things.. When you have finished your home-made cakes , you will take the sheep to their barn and give them their tea and a goodbye stroke. A special feeling.. If we have new lambs there might be the chance to give them a bottle of milk too. You will enter the secret world of sheep- a wholesome joy!
Covid measures in place. Please book 2-6 places and be household aware.

Hens will come to see you too. Animals are unpredictable and untrained. Bring a sense of humour and a camera. Please don't film and feed at the same time- they like your full attention and I will ask for some phone-free periods to experience the Mindfulness of your new flock.

Masks will be worn to arrive and I ask you to respect distancing, so please connect through chat and smiles. Responsible, cheerful and safe!
Please cancel with as much notice as possible if you have symptoms.

I recommend walking from the village to the location, 25 mins but you can drive the rough stone farm track of 1k.

This is an outdoor experience in the Trossachs & Loch Lomond National Park.
Dress warmly and ready for quick changes of weather

This is a fresh air, outdoor experience in small groups.
I host airbnb and run a smallholding with hens, bees, fruit and veg. We have a big garden and a meadow and I have adopted rare breed rescue sheep, Hamish , Dougal and Lochie. I work in the field of Lifestyle Medicine and will be encouraging guests to take a Mindful approach to gain wellness benefits from sheep interaction amidst the hilarity.

We met Beccy and her Herdie sheep on a hot day in July. Feeding them was fun and we all enjoyed getting to know the friendly animals. Tea was delicious and much of it was home made and home grown. A very calming experience.

The afternoon tea was lovely with a great selection of food including some really yummy cakes! The sheep were great fun and made the experience really enjoyable. Would recommend to others!

We had a great time having tea with naughty sheep. Beccy was fabulous and had a wealth of knowledge about sheep and their well being, we learnt a lot whilst also having a joke around. The location is absolutely stunning! We were given some good advice about where to go for a lovely walk afterwards; we thoroughly enjoyed the walk which was close by and was through a woodland. If we are out this way again we will definitely book in again for more tea with naughty sheep.

Genuinely had no idea what to really expect. However the experience was great!!! The sheep were cute, funny and nosey. The tea was lovely. And Beccy’s information and discussion was great. Really enjoyed our afternoon.

Bought this for my sister's birthday and she loved the whole experience. From the mindfulness, the informative chat, the lovely food, and not forgetting the "naughty" sheep themselves. An amazing experience she'll remember ❤

Truly incredible experience. My wife and I travelled from Cumbernauld to visit, the commute was beautiful, the walks to and fro the location were absolutely magical and the experience itself was everything we hoped it would be. The host was lovely and clearly cared about the sheep like children, the food both sweet and savoury was delicious and it being homegrown and homemade was an excellent touch, and the sheep themselves are the best company imagineable! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting an escape from the city, wanting to experience paths less trodden or needing a return to nature.
